Great Britain 'gothic' florin (two shillings / 24 pence / ⅒£).
Obverse design by William Wyon features the crowned head of young Victoria facing left, with hair in a plait around her ear. The legends are in a gothic type-face, with the date shown in roman numerals.
The reverse side was designed by William Dyce and shows four crowned shields in cruciform, each with coats of arms representing UK union members: (England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales). Surrounding the design are the words 'ONE FLORIN' and 'ONE TENTH OF A POUND'
